We work in IT. Our team is not always in the same place, and it does not need to be. But anyone who works on the move knows that being able to work from anywhere does not mean being able to work well everywhere.

Sometimes we want to explore a new city. Sometimes we simply need peace and quiet to focus on a task. What stays the same is the wish for familiar surroundings where we feel comfortable and can find our feet.

That is how ONE-BASE began. We want to create places where work and life fit together. With a thoughtfully designed workspace, somewhere to cook and what you need to switch off after a day of work.

ONE-BASE is not an IT service. It is our answer to a question about the people behind the work: What do people need to work and live well while away from home?
